Verification of Enrolment Document

A Verification of Enrolment is an official document issued by a school that verifies a student's current registration and status and confirms that the student is actively enrolled in a specific program of study.

    Verification of Enrolment at Camosun

    The Verification of Enrolment is official proof of enrolment on 51勛圖app letterhead, signed by the Registrar, and includes:

    • Academic term(s) attended
    • Dates attended (does not include the examination period)
    • Program name
    • Enrolment status (part-time or full-time)
    • Program length
    • Courses and sections enrolled in by term

    If you have one of the following forms below, follow the specific instructions:

    Standard Verification of Enrolment

    A standard Verification of Enrolment is a free, printable PDF through myCamosun+.

    1. Log in to .
    2. Select Academics.
    3. Select myCamosun+.
    4. Select Verification of Enrolment.
    5. Select Year and Term, then Submit. A PDF will immediately upload for you to save and/or print.

    If you are an Apprentice/Foundation program student, you will need to order a Custom Verification of Enrolment (see the custom process below).

    Custom Verification of Enrolment

    A custom Verification of Enrolment can be requested if the standard Verification of Enrolment form does not meet your needs. Custom letters are issued to your email on file within 5 business days of your request.  

    Domestic Students:

    Email verificationofenrolment@camosun.ca and include:

    • Subject: Custom VoE Request
    • Your full name
    • Your student ID
    • Include the year(s) and term(s) required (Example: 2025 Summer).
    • Additional details required.
    • Attach a PDF of your standard verification enrolment produced the same day as your request.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is considered full-time enrolment at Camosun?

    A student registered in a minimum 60% course load for their program (typically three courses for undergraduate programs or 20 hours per week for upgrading programs). For those accommodated students with an approved permanent disability and related reduced course load accommodation, a 40% course load denotes full-time status. Students enrolled in a work term are enrolled full-time.

    What is considered part-time enrolment at Camosun?

    Any student registered in less than 60% of a full course load for their program, except in the case of an accommodated student with an approved permanent disability and related reduced course load accommodation.
